World record-holders nepalese Dinesh Sunar

Dinesh Sunar from Nepal turned 30 years old. He is from Bron village of Khotang, Nepal. His family background was very poor. He has faced many challenges, obstacles and struggles.

He is living in Akron Ohio USA since 2021.

He is a pro-parkour athlete. He became a Guinness Book of World Records holder for the 18 times. He is known as a national gymnast, stuntman, record breaker, and coach. Parkour is an extreme sport. Parkour is an athletic training that involves discipline. Dinesh explains that the best way for participants to get from point A to point B is without the aid of a device.

He says that success can be achieved in the fastest and most effective way. It is associated with military discipline, curriculum, training and roots in martial arts. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping and Kong, plus a jump roll. 20 years ago, he watched movies like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Tony Jaa, David Bale. He was impressed by the movie B13. He was impressed by the action of actor Nikhil Upreti and other actors in Nepali movies.

He was very inspired to do gymnastics, chess stunts and flips. He assumed from watching movies that people couldn't do it. , he thought it was all animated. But he was wrong. Eventually, he started practicing. He was alone at that time. He had no one by his side and he didn't even know there was an academy in Nepal where he could learn parkour and gymnastics.

He made himself successful through struggle. He started giving various performances in the early days. He also performed stunts in school.

He was encouraged by the people that motivated him to keep going. Since there was no means of transport at that time, he used to walk for 3 hours to perform the program.

Sanat Kumar Basnet, the then chief of the Armed Police Force, saw his talent and offered him a job as a gymnast in the Armed Police Force. This platform gave him energy and encouraged me. Up until that time he knew nothing about Parker. He was shocked when he saw a video about Parker in 2012.

He learned how to parkour by watching videos every day. He learned about it from the Guinness World Records website.

He went on to set one of the world records in 2014 and set the record for most backflips off the wall in 1 minute with a total of 18 backflips in 2017.

After he set this world record, he felt like he had won something big in life. He continued to set new records. In 2018 he set another world record for most backflips off the wall with a total of 16 times in 30 seconds. In 2019 he set the third record of 12 twisting backflips in 30 seconds.

He set a fourth record in the United States in 2020. This was the highest number of backflips on the trampoline in one hour of 460 times in total. Senator John Siuli of New York gave him the award for setting many records. He broke another record in 2021 at Sunshine

Taekwondo Academy in Akron, doing 12 standing back full twists in 30 seconds. After one year Mayor of akron Government, Dan horiggian honoring him Proclamation Presentations. In April 21, 2022 Dinesh Sunar day celebrated in Akron Ohio. It is great historical achievements for him. Recently He broke another 6th Guinness world record attempt in Akorn organized by Sunshine Taekwondo academy.

 He did somersaults with 14 skips in 30 seconds. In which Pervious record 11 times happened in Japan in 2013. He had been practicing since 2018 for this record break. Guinness has confirmed this record within 3 months.
