Climbing mountains is a very risky job. Climbing a mountain hundreds of times is not a common thing. But Nepalese climber Chatur Tamang has set a record for climbing Mount Elbrus for the 140th time. He has raised the name of Nepal by climbing the same mountain hundreds of times. He has been climbing Mount Elbrus since 2000. He had climbed the mountain 121 times till last year. This year, he has been climbing Mount Elbrus continuously for the past few weeks.

Climber Chatur Tamang wrote on Facebook that two more ascents of Elbrus were successful. He had happily climbed the western peak of Elbrus the night before, with an adult family "father-son" and a participant from Nepal.

Similarly, last night another company visited the top of Elbrus under his leadership.

In total, he managed to reach the top of Elbrus between 139 and 140 times.

He said that he did not have time to publish everything immediately and the weather was too hot.

Climber Chatur Tamang is planning to return to Nepal in September and climb other mountains.
