President Ramchandra Paudel has urged to advance the concept of 'farm to plate' by supplying grain and organic food items produced in the agricultural sector, which a large part of the population depends on, directly to star hotels. President Paudel said that it is necessary to promote the original food and culture of Nepal to the world in the program organized on Tuesday called 'First Hospitality Day 2024', which was started by Hotel Association Nepal on the occasion of its foundation day.
President Paudel said that it is a matter of happiness that Nepal's hotel sector has succeeded in enhancing the national dignity in front of the world by keeping alive the original meaning of 'Atithi Devo Bhava'. He said - 'Since service, hospitality and hospitality are an important part of the country's identity, it is possible to achieve national prosperity through this sector, so I expect hoteliers to pay special attention to this.'
President Paudel said that if more foreign tourists can be brought in to the country where the newly built regional international airport is fully operational, it will not be difficult to achieve prosperity soon. He mentioned that providing basic facilities will increase its impact.
