Nepal Telecom (NT) has recently launched a chatbot service.
The state-owned telecommunication service provider had announced the soft launch of the chatbot amid a program held to mark its 17th anniversary on February 4.
The chatbot service is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based service operated by a bot. The automatic service has been expected to make the customer inquiry easy and quick.
The customers can now ask questions to the chatbot that will answer. With the help of the chatbot, the customers can also recharge the phone, give feedback, register complaint, learn about offers.
