Chandragiri cable car to open amid festive season

The Chandragiri cable car is scheduled to open in Dashain, Tihar. Chandragiri Hills Pvt Ltd has made this decision to open the cablecar for guests who come to visit Bhaleshwor Temple and Chandragiri resort.

"We came with this idea to keep cablecar service open to those people wishing to visit Chandragiri," informed Chandragiri Hills General-manager Abhishek Bikram Shah.

As of now, around 1,000 tourists including foreigners visit Chandragiri hills via cablecar.

Chandragiri resort has 90 rooms and 60 per cent of booking is done daily, said General Manager Shah.

Chandragiri hills have operated a 100 meters zip line from Bhaleshwor temple to the playground utilising the second wave of coronavirus time.

As many as 100 tourists flock to Chandragiri to enjoy the zip line.
