The Nepali film 'Prakash', which was shot in Jumla, had its world premiere on Sunday evening.
The world premiere was held in Tirkhu, a remote village of Patarasi Rural Municipality.
Actor Pradeep Khadka and writer Vikas Subedi participated in the premiere show of Prakash, which will be screened on August 26.
The film is based on the struggle of a young man from Jumla to become a teacher.
60 percent of local actors from Jumla have acted in the film.
