Senior actor Ramchandra Adhikari has become the first person to take benefit of health insurance arranged by the Film Development Board for filmmakers who have received a special category identity card.
Film Development Board Chairman Bhuvan KC provided Rs 46,600 provided by the National Insurance Company as claimed by the official.
