An autopsy has begun of the bodies of passengers killed in the Air Dynasty helicopter crash at Shivapuri, Nuwakot yesterday.
The post-mortem examination of the crash victims is being conducted at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH), Maharajgunj, Manager of Air Dynasty, Bal Krishna Pandit, said. A Nepali (pilot) and four Chinese citizens were killed in the chopper crash.
Preparation is being made for conducting an autopsy of the body of Arun Malla, the helicopter captain, and hand it over to his family.
Manager Pandit said coordination is being established with the Embassy of China here for carrying out the post-mortem examination of the bodies of the Chinese nationals killed in the crash.
