A 16-year-old boy from Tulsipur has been arrested on the charge of raping a 19-year-old girl in Tulsipur of Dang.
The victim girl has mentioned in the police report that the teenager lured her to Nepalganj and took her to Tulsipur house around 9 pm on the same day and raped her.
