Application for Korean language test is now open

Applications for the Korean language test are open under the Employment Permit System (EPS). The EPS Korea branch today issued a notice requesting applications from interested Nepali citizens for the language test.

 The South Korean government will take 9,654 Nepalis from Nepal for employment in 2022. Of these, Korea is preparing to move 6,913 to productive and 2,741 to agriculture and animal husbandry. According to the branch, the selection of Nepali workers will be increased based on the demand for workers in Korea.

 The branch has stated that one can fill out the application form from April 3 to 4 to participate in the language test. The application form can be filled in any way through the following: The test will include a language test as well as a skill test. The application form fee will be USD 24.

 Among those who have applied, the language test and skill test in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry will be held in the first phase from 26th of April to 13th of June and in the second phase from 24th of June to 16th of July. Similarly, the examination for the productive sector will be held in the first phase from July 6 to September 10 and in the second phase from September 4 to September 7. The branch has stated that the examination will be conducted in four shifts in one day.

 The results of the first phase of the language test in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry will be published on May 7 and the results of the second phase will be published on July 7. Similarly, the results of the language test conducted in the first phase towards the productive sector will be published on September 3 and 4 next.
