Brief description of Supreme Court’s decision on House reinstatement released

A brief description of the verdict issued by Supreme Court regarding the reinstatement of the House of Representatives has been released. The decision to reinstate the House was taken by the apex court on February 23.

The Supreme Court had issued the verdict to reinstate the House after a writ petition was filed against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s to dissolve the House of Representatives (HoR) for the first time on December 20 last year.
