CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has asserted that his party will ensure a bright future for the country.
At a tea reception organized by the town committee of his party for festival greetings in Chitwan today, Dahal reaffirmed, "To those who think our party is on the verge of collapse, mistake not! CPN (Maoist Centre) will return back to be an architect of our country."
Assuring that only the CPN (Maoist Centre) would secure the welfare of the country and people, the former Prime Minister called for cooperation from all cadres and leaders to work in such a manner that CPN (Maoist Centre) would come to lead the country following the next general election.
He claimed that his party had managed to fulfill the expectations of the public when it held the reign of the government and pledged that he will never get tired and retire from serving the people and the country through politics. "I will not run away from Chitwan," he said to Chitwan folks reassuringly.
Hitting out at the comment of CPN UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli, Dahal said, "Don’t indulge in gratification assuming that the Prachanda would ever give up."
The CPN UML has chosen Chitwan to be its venue for its upcoming 10th general convention. "I have already made it clear that I will not go away from Chitwan. I will never get tired of undertaking development works."
At the event chaired by the mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City Renu Dahal, Prachanda welcomed new cadres into this party.
