The budget of Gandaki Province for the fiscal year 2021/22 has been endorsed amid obstructions by opposition parties.
The main opposition CPN UML tried to obstruct the Province Assembly proceedings. But marshals defied it. Later, members of the Province Assembly from the UML boycotted the meeting.
Chief Minister of the province Krishna Chandra Nepali also passed bills including the appropriation bill with a majority.
