The meeting of the Covid-19 Crisis Management Coordination Center (CCMC) has decided to conduct 'gene sequencing' of the infected to study the new variant of the covid-19.
The meeting of CCMC officials held today at the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers Office Singhadarbar has decided that the Ministry of Health and Population will arrange for 'gene sequencing' of the Covid virus as far as technically possible among all the people who have died due to corona virus infection and the patients in ICU and HDCU.
Joint Secretary Shankar Nepal informed that the same meeting also decided to arrange arrangements for monitoring by the state and local government along with the ministry about the people who are in home isolation.
