Minister for Education, Science and Technology, Devendra Poudel, has said that the ministry has made preparation for the implementation of 'earning while learning' programme.
At a programme organised at Beni today, Minister Poudel shared that the working procedure of the programme brought through replacement ordinance to increase access to students of poor community in higher education has reached final phase.
"The ministry has given priority to earning while learning progamme, President Educational Reform programme and reconstruction of earthquake damaged school building", he said.
Minister Poudel, who arrived to inaugurate fourth district conference of Press Centre, Myagdi, had participated in the programme organised by District Education Development and Coordination Unit and United All Nepal Teachers' Organisation.
On the occasion, Unit Chief Dal Bahadur Thapa briefed Minister Poudel about situation of educational activities of the district, reconstruction of school building and implementation situation of President Educational Reform Programme.
Similarly, at an inauguration of the 4th district conference of Press Centre, Minister Poudel opined that constructive criticism was necessary for the positive change of communications sector.
