Nagarik Unmukti Party's suspended member of the House of Representatives Arun Kumar Chaudhary has been released.
Choudhary, elected from Kailali Constituency No. 2, was released from Kailali Jail on Sunday.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari pardoned the sentences of 395 prisoners on the occasion of Democracy Day. The same list includes the names of four people who are in Kailali prison. MP Choudhary is also there.
13 years ago MP Arun was accused of burning a tractor carrying stones near Dhobeni river in Lamki.
He was arrested by the Banke Police from Kohalpur a few days ago and was on the absconding list of the police.
