Newly appointed Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' began consultation with the power partner parties for the expansion of the cabinet.
Prachanda, who was appointed as the Prime Minister by consensus of the seven-party coalition, has done his homework with the top leaders of the partner parties regarding the expansion of the cabinet and sharing of responsibilities.
Although four non-departmental ministers including three deputy prime ministers have taken oath, it is not yet decided how long the ruling partner parties will expand the council of ministers.
