Prohibitory order extended in Chitwan

The prohibitory order has been extended in Chitwan. The District Administration Office issued a notice today extending the prohibitory order till July 1.The administration has said that private vehicles will be allowed to operate on an odd-even number basis and shops will be allowed to open three days in a week during the extended prohibitory order.

As per the District Administration Office, private vehicles will be allowed to operate from Friday. Similarly, shops selling utensils, clothing items, fancy goods, and electrical and electronic products will also be allowed to open.

Likewise, stores selling jewellery, footwear, automobiles and automobile parts will also be permitted to open. Tailoring shops and those selling printing press materials will also be allowed to open. However, these shops and stores will be allowed to open only on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 12 pm to 4 pm.

Meanwhile, hotels and sweet shops will be allowed to provide only take-away services till 6 pm.
