The meeting of the Council of Ministers of Province No. 1 has formed the Provincial Tourism Board and appointed an 11-member working committee member. A meeting held at the office of the Chief Minister and the Council on Sunday night has arranged for the Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment to be the chairperson.
Similarly, members of the Ministry of Finance, Chief Minister and representatives of the Office of the Council of Ministers, Heads of Tourism Branch, Industry, Tourism Phanindra Adhikari (Biratnagar), Devi Gautam (Sunsari, Bhimraj Rai (Solu), Umesh Ghimire (Dhankuta), Prerna Thapa (Itahari) and Indira Shrestha). Minister for Industry, Tourism, Forests and Environment Lachhuman Tiwari informed that it has been decided to appoint (Virtamord).
A similar meeting has decided to invest in Khupu Khola Hydropower Project as per the agreement of the Ministry of Finance. They have appointed Baba Meyangwo (Panchthar) as the vice-chairman, Krishna Basnet (Parshuram) Biratnagar as the member secretary and Bhesraj Karki (Sunsari, Vilbhash Ghosh (Sunsari, Thalu Rajbhandari) (Okhaldhunga) as the member.
Rajiv Ghimire (Jhapa), Ghim Ghimire (Biratnagar), Saroj Shrestha (Dharan), Seema Upadhyay (Morang), Ranju Sigdel (Itahari), Kishore Dhamla (Biratnagar), Arun Thapa (Biratnagar) and Narayan Babu Karki have been elected as the Vice Presidents. (Morang), Sunita Ghimire (Morang), Tika Prasai (Sunsari), Nilam Sah Sonar (Morang) has been appointed, said Minister Tiwari.
