Tansen Municipality in Palpa district has temporarily closed all of its services except essential ones after office staffers contracted COVID-19.
A total of 23 staffers and people’s representatives were infected with COVID-19 in the Municipality leading to the closure of the services until February 3, said chief administrator Pitambar Pandey.
On last Friday, 32 staffers underwent PCR test in which 23 came positive for COVID-19, according to Pandey.
