Police arrested a woman on charge of killing her husband in Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-3, Dang district today.
The arrested has been identified as Devi Kumari Yogi (56) while the deceased has been revealed as Khimlal Puri (78).
Yogi allegedly killed the deceased by attacking with a sickle and bamboo stick around at 3:00 AM, said Shyam Aryal, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) at Tulsipur Area Police Office.
In a statement given to police by Yogi, she killed her husband in a dispute.
Further investigation into the case is underway, informed police.
