Yoga helpful for COVID-19 patients in Sankhuwasabha isolation centres

Yoga sessions are being organised to boost the morale of the people undergoing treatment for COVID-19 in Sankhuwasabha district. Daily yoga session is held in the isolation centres in coordination with the Patanjali yoga district committee.

The isolation centre in the Sankhhuwasabha District Hospital, Tumlingtar in Khandbari Municipality is one such location, providing yoga classes for the infected. Priority is given to breathing exercises through yoga, said trainer Kshitiz Baral.

Deputy Mayor Degeswari Shrestha has also been attending regular classes at the isolation centre for yoga classes.
