Nepali Congress General Secretary Bishwaprakash Sharma has said that the party's central committee will decide whether the current alliance will last till the election. He said that the issue of forming an alliance in the local level election will be decided by the meeting of the Central Committee in the third week of April.
At a press conference organized by the Nepal Press Union at the district headquarters Khandbari today, General Secretary Sharma said that the alliance would be finalized as per the suggestion of the party's central committee. "Local level elections will be held on April 12," he said. He said that the 'Let's go from house to house, let's win the Congress' campaign was launched targeting the local level election.
He said that Congress was conducting a campaign to form a new party and establish relations with the people. He said that it would be beneficial for the people to discuss the issue of ideas and development in the election. Sharma said that Congress had succeeded in vaccinating more than 70 per cent of the people against corona in a short period of time.
