Dev Prasad Timalsina of the Nepali Congress has been elected for the second time in Rautahat's House of Representatives Constituency No. 4.
Timilsina has received 34,161 votes.
He has defeated the nearest competitor Uddhav Prasad Regmi of CPN (UML) by 7,602 votes. Regmi has received 26,559 votes.
