Chairman of the CPN UML, KP Sharma Oli, has said he had witnessed attack attempts from the members of the same group.
He blamed the government that its failure to arrest those attempting repeatedly to attack him. Chairman Oli said it during a program organized at party headquarters, Chyasal, Lalitpur on Sunday.

"A gang of 20 to 25 youths blocked the way, tried to fight, and pelted stones on my vehicle," he said, wondering why the government did not take action against them.
He further complained that he was verbally abused. "Some were in the name of communists, some in other camouflage were attacking CPN UML," he made aware the party leaders and cadres.
Moreover, Chairman Oli urged the peasant leaders to devote themselves to work. He expressed worry over competition for posts rather than work.
"Leaders of peasant's federation do not need to show identity cards but devote to agriculture and livestock," he reminded.
