Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and General Secretary of Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Netra Bikram Chand held a meeting at the former's official residence in Baluwatar on Friday.
The meeting took place before a function organised at City Hall in Kathmandu today to make public the three-point agreement signed on Thursday between the government and Chand-led CPN.
Chand had arrived in Kathmandu from Nawalpur and reached Baluwatar to call on Prime Minister Oli.
On the occasion, coordinators and members of the talk teams of both the government and CPN were present.
