The faction of Rastriya Janata Party (RJP-N) led by Upendra Yadav has decided to join the government. The parliamentary party meeting of the faction held Saturday took this decision.
The parliamentary party meeting was attended by most of the lawmakers representing the party. Lawmaker Mohammad Istiyak Rai informed that the meeting was attended by 19 lawmakers- the majority in the total 31 lawmakers of the party.
The party would join the government by raising the party issues based on the common minimum programme.
The reinstated House of Representatives is meeting the next day.
