CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that there should be unity in the campaign to fulfill the national aspiration of achieving prosperity and happiness of the people. Issuing a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 27th Democracy Day today, he said that the party's campaign to fulfill the national aspirations of prosperous Nepal and happy Nepalis should be carried forward with the support of everyone.
Chairman Oli has mentioned that during his tenure in the government, he has moved the country forward by expanding and consolidating perfect democracy including economic and social justice from the base level in order to orient the country's dignity and aspirations of the people towards success through democratic movement.
"While the UML was leading the government, we used every moment, possibility and capacity to fulfill the aspiration of making Nepal prosperous and Nepalis happy," he said in the message. On the occasion of the historic day when civil rights were established by ending the system of birthright superiority, Chairman Oli has paid tribute to the immortal martyrs who sacrificed their invaluable lives in the democratic movement of Nepal.
