A court has been appointed for the presentation of the verdict in the case against cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane. The trial will be held in the court of Judge Keshav Prasad Ghimire in Kathmandu District Court.
Earlier in the minor rape case, the bench headed by Madhav Prasad Ghimire had ordered that Sandeep be sent to prison pending trial. However, the Patan High Court overturned the district's order and released him on a bond of 2 million rupees.
