Satdobato Youth Club and Friends Club shares point, 0-0 draw

In the inaugural match of the Martyrs' Memorial A Division Football League, Satdobato Youth Club and Friends Club shared a point as the game ended in a goalless draw. 

The match was played at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwor.

In the 11th minute of the first half, Sushil Rai could not direct the pass given by Satdobato captain Man Bahadur Tamang. Similarly, in the 19th minute of the match, Akash Budhamgar's free-kick couldn't hit the target.

At the start of the second half, Martins Ajayi of Satdobato could not score from the six-yard box with his header. 

In the 59th minute of the game, Nathanil Garcia of Friends hit the woodwork which denies the goal. 

In the 66th minute of the match, Friends' Garcia's shot was saved by Satdobato goalkeeper Abhishek. Friends were reduced to 10 men in the 76th minute when defender Ronil Anthony Paul received two yellow cards , leaving Friends club with 10men.

Satdobato missed a golden opportunity to score during the injury time of the game. Sushil Rai's shot was saved by Friends' captain Suraj from the goal line.

The league winner team will receive Rs 7.5 million and the runner-up will receive Rs 5 million. two games will be featured today. The first match will be between Himalayan Sherpa Club and Sankata Club while the second match will be between Castle Youth Club and Three Star Club.
