The Civil Aviation Authority Of Nepal(CAAN) has banned Fly Dubai's country manager and airport manager from entering the airport.
According to the authority, their airport passes were deactivated for spreading misleading news that a bird had struck a Fly Dubai plane on Monday night.
On Monday night, there were reports that the engine of the Fly Dubai plane that was flying from Kathmandu to Dubai caught fire. The authority has taken action to spreading the illusion that the plane was hit by a bird and caught fire.
