Kalpana Maharjan, the first woman journalist to climb the world's highest peak, has trained various athletes. She made the participating players 'climbing'.
In order to promote the sport of climbing, Maharjan made the players climb on Monday during the weekly practice that started in the capital from Sunday. Practice was done at Pasang Lhamu Sports Climbing in Dhumbarahi. Hari Gharle, President of Climbing Sports Association, informed that the players were made to climb during the 'Teej on the Wall' program with the slogan of 'Culture and Courage together'.
With the aim of celebrating Teej in a different way, a week-long 'Teez on the Wall' has been started. He said that under the program, a program has been decided to give climbing practice to people from different areas on different days. According to the organizers, the program has been organized on the occasion of Teej since last year.
