District Administration Office Surkhet has fixed the time to play Deusi Bhailo program from 7 am to 7 pm only.
The administration has also requested to be aware of the fact that while celebrating Tihar festival by using lamps, candles, palas, and electrical appliances, catastrophic incidents like fire may occur. District Administration Office Surkhet has requested not to carry and spread inflammable substances like firecrackers and fireworks throughout the district. As Tihar and Chhath Parva approaches, the administration will take action if found to have committed such acts.
Chief District Officer Khagendra Prasad Rizal informed that the administration has requested not to do the said act and if anyone disobeys the notice and does or is found to have done acts against the law, action will be taken according to the prevailing law.
