District Police Office has arrested Binod Dulal, who had run away after raping his minor daughter.
He was arrested from Sangachok Bazaar on January 12 after 15 years. According to Daksha Kumar Basnet, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dulal had absconded after raping his minor daughter in the Sallaghari Forest at Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality-13 on April 3, 2008. According to the district court, he was remanded in custody at the Chautara District Jail on Monday.
