The administrative work has been halted for a week at District Administration Office, Humla after the assistant Chief District Officer tested COVID positive. The Office issued a notice on Monday and informed the public about the closure of the office for a week.
Assistant CDO Dasharath Rai was tested positive and the Office halted the services to contain the spread of the virus.
The infected assistant CDO Rai is currently in home isolation. Those who came in contact with Rai have been planned for PCR test.
