Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the five-party alliance will win all the 18 seats in the National Assembly election.

He said that his party had created a wave in the national politics at the party entry program organized at the party office in Aloknagar today. He said that his party had won five seats in the five-party alliance for the National Assembly election and the candidates of all the five parties including Teel would win.

The Nepali Congress has six seats, the CPN (Maoist) has five, the Janata Samajwadi Party and the Rastriya Janamorcha Party have one each. He said, "Coalition candidates will win in the 18 seats we have raised and that will create a wave in the country."

Chairman Nepal suggests that three-tier elections can be held at the same time for economic austerity. He said that holding one level election would cost around Rs 5 billion and holding the election in five phases like last election would cost around Rs 25 billion.

He said that the issue of local, state and federal elections is being debated. He emphasized that the election should be held in accordance with the law by keeping the constitution supreme. "It's better to have three elections at once," he said. Chairman Nepal said that the party was formed to advance the communist movement with the warning of rebellion.

He said that the party was expanding to municipalities and Ward Committees through districts. He said that the campaign of leaving other parties and entering the district was continuing despite the obstruction due to the pandemic.
